NCSA Mission Statement & History – The mission statement and history of the National Club Softball Association.

2023-2024 NCSA Rulebook – The 2023-2024 Official NCSA Playing Rules updated as of 8/14/2023 with new changes highlighted in YELLOW.

2024-2025 EARLY New Team LPA – The EARLY New Team League Participation Agreement (LPA) is the agreement that each NEW team must sign and submit to officially become a member of the NCSA prior to April 15, 2024. By signing up on or before April 15th, the one-time new team fee is only $300 (normally $400).

2024-2025 Renewal LPA – The Renewal League Participation Agreement (LPA) is the agreement that each member team must sign and submit to officially renew their membership prior to June 1st.

NCSA Registration Form – The Registration Form must be completed and submitted to the NCSA in order to assure that full contact information is on file for each member NCSA team.

NCSA Player Registration Instructions – The Player Registration Instructions are used by each individual player to walk them through the steps of completing the Online Player Registration, which is mandatory for players to be eligible to compete in the NCSA.

NCSA Team Manager Instructions – The Team Manager Instructions are used by the designated manager for each team to update content on the NCSA Website.  Here they can learn how to upload player stats, manage the content on their team’s page on the NCSA website, and view the status of players seeking to be added to their official roster.

NCSA Sample Academic Eligibility Letter – This sample letter is the preferred format that the NCSA requires teams to submit in order to confirm the eligibility of those players wishing to be added to the official team roster and thus become eligible to compete in the NCSA.

NCSA Coaches Waiver – The Coaches Waiver must be completed, signed, and sent in by all coaches in order to be allowed on the field and in the dugout during any NCSA Sanctioned Softball Game.

2023-2024 Liability Insurance Certificate – This certificate is proof that CollClubSports has General Liability Insurance Coverage for the National Club Softball Association.

NCSA Weekly Submission Form – The Weekly Submission Form is to be completed every Monday during the season and emailed back to the NCSA in order to report scores and nominate pitcher and player awards each week.

NCSA Ejection Report – The Ejection Report is used when a player or coach is ejected from an NCSA Sanctioned Softball Game.

NCSA Game Protest Form – The Game Protest Form is used when a team wished to protest an NCSA Sanctioned Softball Game.
