Lauren was born and raised in New Jersey. She spent most of her summers growing up at the softball fields, watching her older sisters play and she couldn’t wait til she could start. When she finally did, she fell in love with the sport and started playing travel ball where she learned the meaning of hard work and perseverance.

She pitched and played third base for the Club Softball team at The College of New Jersey, where she got her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Playing Club Softball gave her the opportunity to pursue all of her passions and interests whilst still playing competitive softball. She collected some awards for herself during her Club Softball career, but no award or title was more important to her than the friendships she made and being able to represent her team.

Lauren is grateful for her experience with the NCSA and hopes to give back to the program as regional director for the North Atlantic region. She firmly believes that Club Softball provides an amazing opportunity for student athletes to play the sport they love without sacrificing their education.
