Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Melanie has always been an athlete. From ice hockey, to tennis, rowing, fencing, and more -- softball has always been her favorite. Now as a brand new employee for the NCSA, she gets to use her passion to help other women have a great softball experience too.

As a sophomore in college at SUNY Oswego, Melanie served as her club softball team's Team Developer; her junior year she became Vice President, and during her senior year she lead as President. Melanie graduated in 2023 with degrees in Psychology and Communication. In her downtime she enjoys whittling, video games, and rock climbing.
