Janelle played softball her whole life in Montgomery County, the North East Suburbs of the Philadelphia Area.  She attended North Penn High School, where she played softball and basketball all three years. After graduating North Penn, Janelle decided to study Special Education at Penn State University.  She was a part of the Penn State Club Softball team all four years, and served as the team's Vice President her Junior and Senior year. She now attends the University of Georgia for a Masters of Education in Special Education with a focus in Autism.

"Becoming a part of the Penn State Club Softball Team was the best decision I made in college.  The team dynamic and level of competition was perfect.  I couldn't of asked for a better set of girls to share the love of the game with.  I am beyond excited that I am able to continue to be involved with the NCSA and help each team strive to their full potential while playing the sport they love."
