Angie Petrie was born and raised in New York.  Angie was a 3 sport athlete in high school and went on to play softball and basketball in college.  Angie enjoyed her time playing in college and the bonds that she created.  She stays involved with softball by coaching at the high school level as well as umpire for high school fast pitch.  Softball remains one of Angie's passions and she is excited to continue to be part of the NCSA.

Angie graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Recreation Management. Angie currently resides in Syracuse, NY with her son, Finnegan and their dogs, Raven and Phoebe and cat, Juan. She works as the Assistant Director of Sport Programs for Syracuse University.
